SETTLEMENT DISTRIBUTION UPDATE
The Court has approved the distribution of settlement funds in Pena v. OK TerraLargo, LLC, et al., Case No. 2020-CA-002588-Div. 11 (Fla. 10th Jud. Cir.).
Court-approved settlement payments are scheduled to be mailed in early October 2026. Please check back periodically for updates regarding the distribution.
