IMPORTANT SETTLEMENT UPDATE

The Court has approved the distribution of the settlement funds in Pena v. OK TerraLargo, LLC, Case No. 2020-CA-002588-Div. 11 (Fla. 10th Jud. Cir.).

The Class Action Administrator is working to implement the Court-approved distribution. At this time, a mailing date has not been set, 
and individual distribution amounts have not been calculated. The Administrator continues to review and reconcile the data required to 
complete the distribution calculations. Additional information is expected to be available by late September.
